Just Watched Reacher
So, I cancelled all my streaming subscriptions a few months back and swapped them for those free streaming services with ads. Big mistake. It sucks, haha.
Aside from the annoying ads, the show selection is pretty terrible too. I tried looking for something for my kids to watch, but they weren't interested in any of them. Hahaha.
Anyway, two days ago, I finally decided to try Prime Video. I've actually wanted to watch Reacher and Fringe for the longest time. Right now, I'm three episodes into Reacher.
I absolutely love the character Finlay. The role fits the actor perfectly. He looks so natural and his irritated vibe around people feels so real. Love it!
As usual, though, I'm not a huge fan of TV series because they feel like a massive time-waster. Like, you could easily wrap up the whole story in a 2-hour movie, but no, they just have to drag it out. It gets pretty boring to watch if the writers don't know how to keep the show going.
But so far, I'm actually quite satisfied with Reacher.
Oh, and one more thing! I just found out that I actually used to have a huge crush on the guy playing Reacher a long time ago, but I never realized it was him!
Back in Smallville, there was this character—Aqua, or something? When he first appeared (as a normal human), I was like, wow. He is so handsome...
And his face and eyes were just absolutely mesmerizing. Oh my God.
And then... and then...
He was a great swimmer (obviously, since he's Aqua) and a marine biologist—just like me! Except, you know, I’m the real marine biologist here, haha. I was so happy.
After that show, I completely lost track of him.
I did see him pop up in a few series and movies over the last few years, but I never connected the dots that it was the same guy. It wasn't until I randomly read an article mentioning that he used to be in Smallville. Turns out, he’s the exact guy I used to crush on!
Oh my God! I’m so happy.
Like, seriously so happy! ❤️
